Getting a library card
Library cards are issued for the categories of users stipulated in the Library Regulations and under the conditions of the Regulations. Cards are issued in the Central Library, Library Registration Desk (room 0216), Ion N. Angelescu Building.

Library visas
The library visa is granted every academic year, during the studies, at the first visit to the library or at the first use of a library service, anytime during the academic year according to Library Regulations.
The library visa in each academic year activates the user’s rights to consult the library resources within the reading rooms, to borrow books, to access the electronic resources, to request bibliographic references by email and other online services etc. are also activated.
Clearance Forms, Debts
At the end of each studies program, the Clearance Form issued by the Bucharest University of Economic Studies must slso be signed at the library, thus certifying that the student has returned all the pulications and has no other debts with the library. For debts, penalties recovery or payment see the Regulation.
The library’s written visa on the Clearance Form can be obtained by sending the filled in Form and a copy of the personal ID card to the email address: petitie@ase.ro. The electronic form is available here.
